Value yourself

The first step in making a change is to value yourself.  If you don’t value yourself then others won’t value you.  If you feel that you are not worth the time, don’t have anything to offer then you don’t.  Finding value in yourself and the actions you take will be the first step in making a change.  Once you begin to find value you then others will as well.

Instead of doing these activities why not go for a walk, run or even just go outside and enjoy the day.  When you feel that something isn’t going right, take a step back and walk away.  Think of your actions or inactions and take steps to change.
